The way out, is to go within.
We can’t separate our body from our mind. The body talks! It has a mind of its own, and it Eve’s drops on our every thought. Our thoughts stimulate feelings and our feelings stimulate neurochemical chemistry, such as cortisol, adrenaline, dopamine, etc., in the name of survival. We humans naturally avoid pain and reach for pleasure. A question worth contemplating is, 'has our pleasure become our pain and our pain our pleasure?'
Life is about being a fully realized human being, living our most authentic self possible. No one is broken, and no one needs fixing, we only need reminding. Life will remind us either way.
I teach my clients processes that enlighten them to their own truth, while disengaging from someone else's truth they thought was theirs.

When I first came to Brenda I was suffering from multiple issues including shortness of breath and a body that was just twisted in knots. I formerly was an avid mountain biker but was unable to ride at a consistent level with all I had going on. I let her know I was open to any options that she assessed I needed.
