When I first came to Brenda I was suffering from multiple issues including shortness of breath and a body that was just twisted in knots. I formerly was an avid mountain biker but was unable to ride at a consistent level with all I had going on. I let her know I was open to any options that she assessed I needed.
That first visit, Brenda was shocked to see how much my sympaththtic nervous system was misfiring. She described it as wound so tight that my body could not respond.
Over a series of monthly visits I began to emerge from the dysfunction and could see it reflected in my mental outlook and physical well being. The first time we worked with Cognomovement therapy in less than 5 minutes I gained extensive range of motion in an injured shoulder that was far greater than I had before the injury. We later spent two full sessions of Cognomovement therapy, and I unwound physical and traumatic barriers that have left me feeling at the peak of health, physically and mentally. I have referred family to Brenda for both massage cognitive motion. She is extremely knowledgeable and customizes your care plan based on your needs.
I had tried multiple different types of intervention and nothing had worked. Brenda found the actual root cause and addressed it resulting in me feeling better than I have in years. I am also riding at peak form once again, climbing with ease with little or no recovery time required!
I was long stuck on a couple of traumatic events in my life. I was able to free myself from them with a couple of Cognomovement sessions with Brenda. I t was a lovely experience. I feel like a flower that has opened up
