When the 10-week program of Wisdom To Thrive was first mentioned to me, I was intrigued and knew that I wanted to participate. So I challenged myself and committed to 10 weeks of incorporating these new ideas into my daily life. I might add that I chose not to be critical of myself and non-judgmental and to give the new ideas and habits a chance. And am I ever glad that I did.  I lost 6 lbs, improved my sleep, began to meditate on a regular basis, and drink lots more water and the list goes on and I find that I am a happier person.
